At The Cookie Atelier, we take great care in packing and delivering every order so it arrives in perfect condition — beautifully presented and fresh.
Delivery Areas
We deliver Australia-wide, including metropolitan and regional areas.
Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received. During peak periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day), please allow additional processing time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro areas — 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Regional areas — 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas — may take longer depending on location

Packaging
Every Cookie Atelier gift box is carefully packed to protect both the presentation and the freshness of your cookies during transit. We use protective packaging designed to keep your gift looking beautiful upon arrival.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@thecookieatelier.com.au with your order number and photos where applicable. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
